saaspack.co -> design-as-a-subscription service

Posted by saaspack

We provide ux/ui and other design needs in a subscription service. Primarily aimed at SaaS startups, we enable clients to pause their subscription when they don't have design needs (meaning, they don't pay).

Example: You sign up, use 10 days, then pause. You still have 21 days to use at ANY time in the future. Meaning, you won't get charged again until those 21 days are used.

The pause feature is just weird. People should be able to pause on a month basis, not a daily one. If it’s on a daily basis, why not just pay for each task they submit.

I feel like it’s just a Ui/Ux agency disguised as a Saas/subscription model… The pricing is weird too because it isn’t affected by the type of work from my understanding . What if I ask for a new website for every deliverable?
It’s really you selling your freelancing services.
What happens if you have 20 requests on the same day? Will I have to wait and keep paying while you finish the other ones and get to mine?
I don’t like this idea that much, but for you it’s a great one because it brings you new customers and allows you sell yourself as more than a freelancer.

Thank you for the feedback! To clarify, paying per task is inconvenient and would require the client to define each task separately along with defining payment for each task. You can definitely ask for a new website for each deliverable. That's the beauty, it doesn't matter what type of design request. Yes, it is a subscription based, on demand design service. No hiring fulltime designers, no low-quality upwork/fiverr freelancers, and no expensive agencies that are project based. No, you will not have to wait if we have 20 requests or 100 requests, we provide requests in 48 hours or less for you to review. Many freelancers cannot design complex B2B SaaS products. We can. That's our differentiator and we provide clients with a quick, flexible, and cost-effective way get SaaS designs.  — saaspack keyboard_arrow_up 0 keyboard_arrow_down
