The website looks great and professional đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź

But here’s the main reason why this may not work: it suffers from the network effect. There’s nothing listed in there so if I want to rent something, it’s a dead end. And if I want to list something, there’s no point because I know nobody is using your site. It’s very difficult to break this cycle.
Targeting specifically Australia is great to solve this problem, but jot enough. You have to focus on a specific niche first (something like construction power tools, camera gear…) and then convince people to list their products in there. Your platform will be known as the place to rent cameras… Once you find traction in a niche, you can extend to the next.
But I do feel like this has real potential.

The other issue is that some people already do that with Facebook Marketplace, but you can definitely have some features specifically for rentals.

Honestly the more I thing of it the more I like it!

My renting plan is almost like giving up but hopefully getting something.

So instead of having $0, I could get some $ if it is usable by other.

The concept is fine (although I've seen it before outside of Australia). Not sure how big of a problem it is solving.

The UX/UI is mediocre and doesn't make me want to use the site because it looks unprofessional/unreliable.
